Guys, I’m really struggling with my diet at the moment. so much of the food I eat my body has a negative response to. It seems my gut has become incredibly sensitive. any experiences or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated ? ❤️💫

I also have periods where I cannot eat much and my digestion gets very sensitive. In Mary Mueller shutan´s book "working with kundalini" she describes how kundalini is rerouting your digestive fire in different phases and how she had to eat only rice for 6 months.. She is a chinese medicine practizioner and explains how our digestive fire during a kundalini awakening needs to be used for greater processing and digesting spiritual information and therefore limits the ability to process other input, such as food.
Hi Tom, maybe you could try an aryuvedic consultation? There are big influxes of energy coming in and at points my tummy is v sensitive too. When this happens I tend to eat less, more raw foods, seeds and nuts, lots of fruit and veg and grains. And tonnes of water. What about a gentle tummy rub or some bodywork? x

I’ve had times in my journey when my stomach seemed to become extra sensitive so I could learn more about it (its wisdom etc).
Tho I found this frustrating - for me - it was best to surrender to it, as with the other parts of the process. To spend time giving attention to my stomach and seeing what she would be happy to receive. At that point - for me - very soft and easily digestible things were good. Soups that weren’t spicy, porridge.
I imagine it will be specific to you, your body And your tummy.
Do you have any intuition about what would feel okay or good to eat?
