Kundalini Collective should have a job search

On this forum and website, there are many possibilities to solve mental and well-being problems for spiritual people.

I think most people, who are not insane, have the mental problems related to life. When their life is fulfilling, they do not have the problems of self-worth, motivation or feeling out-of-place.

I tried to ask several AI Chatbots, where I can find AI and programming companies in Barcelona, which prefer spiritual people and allow them to utilize their spiritual views and understandings at the workspace. It told me that Microsoft and Google support staff with diverse views and religious backgrounds, but above letting their workers practice religions at home, I don't see any specific progress or products, where the spiritual talents of people would have been used. Another AI gave me the list of companies creating AI Chatbots for meditations and mental health, but the first company did not even exist.

In my experience, when I talk about some truth I found in I Ching with my Boss, they are not so happy as when I talk about some programming library or technological topic they do not use. Definitely, principles of I Ching apply in business and they should be as interesting topic as discussing some article about the newest discoveries in art of leadership. Rather, the boss thinks that I spend my time on some spiritual nonsense, instead of cleaning my house and learning new programming tricks at home.

With little bit of precognition, intuition and sensitivity, shared with colleagues, interesting things would happen at the workplace. I don't mean trying to magically create the good business results, which has been dangerous thing in history, but I mean that spiritual people are more sensitive about the ethics, deeper principles of things they do, and they have some special way of liking and disliking business decisions or products based on developing their mind and consciousness. I feel it would be rather insane to sit there with your colleagues and try to find out the winning numbers of bingo lotto - I don't believe in this kind of magic very much -, or to utilize a solution from the horoscope - I mean a modest way, where, for example, a worker would have stress and confusion about what to do with their assigned task, and then they would use their time to meditate on this topic to relax and find the solution. Also, with spirituality the sensitivity grows and one can have more subtle body language, which others would utilize more directly. I'm a very scientific personality, who likes to check the facts and thus not too talkative about the miracles one could see; I don't like sensationalism and I don't think it would help at workspace. I don't like people who would tell unbelivable things with crazy voices. But I am sure one could use personal growth coming from enlightenment, groth of sensitivity and ability to know some truth, where others see a random process, for the purposes of successful company, and require those practical abilities from the workers.

So - with this description of what I seeking ..to find such a fulfilling place of work, and gaining some ethical money, one would have much more support for solving psychological troubles, such as feeling of being at wrong place, or feeling of unworthiness. A list of AI's having such solutions, or an AI Chatbot, or lists of companies in different places, where you are not only diversely spiritual, but also utilize purposefully the resulting raise of consciousness - this is the practical help a website would offer me. Of course, at workspace we need practical and skeptical approaches, and not to believe that a success would come from only a more positive mind.

Interesting post and you are asking perhaps what do I do after awakening? How can I make a living/money in a world perhaps you no longer feel connected to , or, how can I bring this higher awareness to mainstream e.g. social media or corporate world???

Of course I don’t have the answer but can share my own reflection and experience.

The corporate world is going through a massive change, take a look at the Linked in Site. Lots /hundreds of posts about what is wrong with patriarchy/corporate culture. Yet I still don’t see the ‘new type of leadership’ many claim to want or even deserve! So, there is still a long way to go. I write many posts on LinkedIn platform about spirituality and work.

How can you personally persuade people that they can be more ethical in their work? In the Green/environment there are opportunities to bring your awareness to the ethical workplace, but just like your own awakening, this shift in work culture is very much in its infancy but will expand.

Search engines for spiritual jobs? I can see so many pit holes for this type of recruitment. It reminds me of a spiritual dating site I joined. The concept was good but the dating pool was about 15 people? I guess that being spiritual is not a commodity.

During my awakening I decided to work contract for a few years, giving me some social contacts and money. However, I never felt I could no longer fit into the patriarchal patterns of corporate culture. I find I just no longer have that kind of energy.

I appreciate these kind of posts as they show the reality and challenges of being awakened and taking care of yourself.

About LinkedIn - not into the topic so much, but I have to mention that it looks too much like filling an official form; when cyberworld reminds me the paperworld with it's limitations, I am not happy. In LinkedIn, I cannot share my story - I cannot find the places, where to put information about my relevant experiences and self-studies, but they have a lot to do with what to expect from my efforts and contributions, which are not only programming in given languages. I have changed my life philosophy about where to apply programming skills and how to help people with those.

I think in many cases, we cannot persuade people that they could be more ethical by creating better karma with mystical or unexplained means. Once one is more ethical themselves, it helps to raise standards and perhaps provide some motivation. In general, you cannot make anything better with any speed, rather you might find people, who find your productivity or calmness simply offending, because they have to be no. 3 or no. 2 in their rank. Many people want to speed the world down, and I have seen not only about technology, but also about creativity and spirituality - they hate the fast pace of some people. They might be insulted when they see your ethics generating some additional friendships or love - I have lost a lot of opportunities because of jealous people, who keep the gap between abilities thinner so that there is a fair competition. They do not tolerate extremely talented people. I think it's also a historical problem about genius and smart philosopher.

My primary concern. I do my own things by balanced quantity of meditation and actions. This is very efficient for me, as I manage to solve the deeper problems, I find out solutions, which require not much effort and help a lot. This is even worse - at the workspace, it's not permitted to meditate (and I do not want to take this work home without getting paid), second, if I manage to make it much more efficient (for example, instead of spending time to develop an advanced information system, I only show my manager one critical function in Excel, which earns some 80% of the benefit and removes 99% of effort - with this 1% of effort, I cannot be very well paid, after all showing an Excel function to somebody is often not even considered work, but something people in Stack Overflow are doing for free). It's not very relevant if I studied a lot about this person's abilities and practical needs to pinpoint this critical part of things.

Here, it's very abstract case that by contemplation, you can make your actual effort so much bigger with produced waste and side-effects so much smaller that you are different. To fit this into some kind of culture - they really have to pay you for 6 hours per day meditation, and then accept that you made a 5 minute solution and looking back - anybody can solve it now and it's hard to say what you did. Maybe you found a short article from the web and did not innovate anything.

Creative work with spiritual good luck elements are things, which are normally so hard to measure that you are more or less punished when you get paid or when somebody sees this as special contribution. You have to do something self-destructive - you have to have good clothes, follow the clock and look serious, maybe keeping an element of physical movement. This is measurable, but it's not a description of a work.

If there are 15 people in some spiritual chat, maybe there would be a small number of companies in a job search. But for a platform, the goal is not searching from existing registered companies, but it can be wider - how to build such company, how to argue with laws that instead of equality, one wants to hire people, who look sane for a spiritual person (it's not hard to explain, why you want to hire people, who look sane for an atheist, but it's harder to explain, why they should look sane to us to work with us); it's the whole complete mission about how to build the environment of work and play for a spiritual personality. It's not so sure that there are only 15 companies, where spiritual people could be happy - rather, for some, different kinds of existing settings might be working very well, so there should be specific questions - do you want your boss to understand your meditation, or do you want to speak in mystical language when you want and need, or do you want the products to be tested for not breaking your values before you get motivated. Different companies might satisfy those things in different degrees, without necessarily being "spiritual".

I do not mean companies, which provide mindfulness training or some religious lectures, but companies, which do normal work like cooking, but are still spiritual. It does not necessarily hire people by religious views, but also a materialist, who can get along with spiritual things and does not mind, if color of a product has been found from some visions of auras etc.
