As always for me, the question to ask is ‘why’. What are you seeking? what is it you hope to find? What is missing from your current experience?
from my own journey I have learnt to rest & trust in the process.
shaktipat can be very powerful, and there are plenty of testimonials online of people who have experienced it. Personally I am cautious of working with anyone who doesn’t understand my own energetic print.
we all have different lessons to learn, but personally I’ve learned that everything I search for is here. Having had enough unpleasant experiences with third party ‘experts‘ or ‘teachers’ i‘be learned to be ok with where I am. 🙏🏼
mean? If I would reverse the cassette tape after my transmission/ShaktiPat I would wait until I’m more grounded and have less kundalini symptoms, since its accelerate everything it makes the symptoms worse. I would also first build more trust to the teacher so I know the he/she understands the kundalini process .
I wrote this as part of a reply to Rikke a few days ago regarding Shaktipat "A few years ago I was learning from a Dzogchen master (Namkhai Norbu) and was pulled to receiving a direct transmission from him as part of that practice. It was one of the most remarkable experiences of my life and despite that, at the time I also didn’t appreciate the impact it would have on my life, it altered my awareness in less than a heartbeat and has accelerated my process enormously since that night. I consider myself fortunate and I’m grateful to Namkhai that he was such an amazing guide and led me safely through the experience he was a true master and with the benefit of hindsight, now, I would be much more careful in selecting a guide to work with. I didn’t know what I didn’t know."
To add a little more context to what I wrote, this happened 4 years ago and I was a relatively new student to the Dzogchen path. This teaching has direct introduction to the primordial state as an essential principle in the work and is the way in which the teaching is communicated. The master gives a direct introduction in order to experience the non-dual sate of awareness, in this case it is formed in Tibetan ritual and language. I won't say too much about my exact experience as it may set some expectation of what that could be for you. I would like to share that I didn't know what form it would take or when the introduction would happen, these are written in a book that is only available after receiving the introduction. There was no mistaking when it happened, it was like nothing I have ever experienced before and as I mentioned above I didn't anticipate the impact it would have on my life..
If I had the opportunity to go back in time and choose again, I would make the same choice. I would however prepare myself for such an experience by purifying my body and mind with a fast and meditation so my heart and mind were clear and ready to honour the gift that was given to me.
I don't know much about shaktipat but it would be interesting to hear about your experience with it. I understand it is a transmission of energy but since your kundalini already rose what effect would it have on you? Mine is very quiet, I am curious as to whether it would help me making it more active.
I have a very old wound that needs tending to. That’s why I did huachuma also.
The wound is putting a ceiling on my life so I choose to be pro-active about it x

So it was direct transmission from Imogen as she channeled from devine mother. I found it very beneficial and would recommend her.
The distant session was 30 minutes with a conversatiom prior. As for the integration it was easier than expected to be honest.
What kind of shaktipat do you
