Kundalini energy is an amplifier. When dormant kundalini awakens and begins to move, it amplifies whatever energy is dominant within you. You experience a more intensified expression of how your body mind emotions and energy were before the awakening of the latent Kundalini energy.
For example, if you were experiencing depression before, the increased kundalini will increase the depression. If you were experiencing anxiety, the anxiety will amplify. If you were loving and joyful before, you will now be more loving and joyful.
Your experience of kundalini awakening is a direct reflection of your state of BEing prior to awakening. If you have prepared your system for the influx of energy by engaging in the necessary levels of purification and stabilization, your kundalini awakening process will be pure bliss and joy. Kundalini energy amplifies your shadows. When kundalini activates your shadow wounds, you may find yourself suddenly struggling with strong emotions, heightened sensitivity, traumatic memories, or experiencing an exaggerated expression of your former self.
Kundalini pushes all that has been hidden in your unconscious and subconscious to the surface of your conscious awareness and experience.
