Hi everyone. I just read on fb this evening that our dear Bonnie passed away on the 20th January. Some of you may have already heard, I hadn't so I thought I'd write it here. I don't have words to express my gratitude to and for Bonnie, what a bright shining star. And I am so grateful that she connected us all. Sending you all love. x
This is her obituary on Legacy.com and there's a place where you can write a note to her family on the web page.
Bonnie Greenwell, part-time resident of Ashland, Oregon, passed away peacefully on Jan. 20th, 2022 at home. Bonnie was born in San Diego, CA in 1941 and married to her loving husband, William Greenwell, for 60 years. They share a daughter, Kristin Hooper, and two sons, Anthony and Jeffrey, along with their eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Bonnie also leaves behind a sister, Kathy Di Fede and a brother, Perry Yates. Bonnie held an MA from the University of Santa Clara and a PhD in transpersonal psychology. She established The Shanti River Center where she offered non-dual spiritual counseling. Bonnie spent 35 years counseling people with energy emergence issues. She published 5 books on this subject in an effort to help guide people through the process. Bonnie loved her work and continued to work up until the very end. Although she will be laid to rest in her home state of California, there will be a "Celebration of Life" in Ashland for family and friends which will be announced at a later date. Bonnie said she felt so grateful for such a fully lived life and so many wonderful people she has known through her work: "Thank you, life, for loving family and friends. I am blessed. I am content. I am free."
Thank you for letting us know! Bonnie is such a beautiful gift to the world!
