You can see that we all pay taxes. This means, we have done all work to hire, as a structure, our Spiritual Healers. Still, the government works as if Spiritual Communities do not pay taxes - this means, for a normal doctor, you pay with your social security card; but for Spiritual Healer, you pay twice - you pay for psychologist for an atheist, and then you pay your own doctor. Atheists should not be begging money this way - they are not the only ones to do work and earn money. Christians often have a double-tax - one for government, other for church. Rest of us often don't have even this.
There is a criteria by which, if you are Starseed and in trouble, you get a doctor, who starts curing you from being a Starseed, nothing more - this is the particular trait by which you differ from the average, from the norm, and your actual disease is barely being noticed.
We need to make sure that from our taxes we pay, creating a collective budget for developing our science, infrastructure etc., we really get what we need: houses, food, salaries etc. for people with spiritual background. Very often, this background itself is all you need to become a double-tax payer: first, you pay for normal solutions of global problems, and then, people who solve the global problems your way, have to struggle with money. In reality, by becoming more spiritual socially, you contribute less to global problems - and we need government offices to address that.
You can see that people, who measure the skills and professionalism of doctors, they have a criteria of validity, which more or less excludes you - you can find some money moving to people like Stanislaw Grof, who uses the right vocabulary, and probably so strong root and sacral chakra that he can easily cope with people different from many of us; but many are just the same level with normal doctors - and they do not have this luxury.
What we need to make sure:
In case you are spiritual, the psychologist working for you does have all the knowledge, language, and open chakras to be able to work with you.
In case you have physical disease, you are also introduced to spiritual causes known to cause this disease.
On the other side, what we need to do before this:
Standards to choose such doctors; we can see that this needs to be as rigid process as the one used to choose the normal doctors - they must be educated, and not fail with understanding the concepts (you cannot trust an average Tarot-woman as they barely have the knowledge).
Tests that they are really intelligent and able to work with people of different backgrounds, like Buddhism or Hermetics.
This is really working for someone else - you pay your tax, expecting your spiritual needs to be met; expecting, for sure, the government to support your temples, search a spiritually comfortable work for you, keeping up all the social and material infrastructure for you - but then, by some means, the money goes all to people they consider to be more sane than you, and despite working hard and really feeling united, you do not get anything back. Your own community cannot get into the stable, material structure of government offices and goods of them, but it's really not a question of such sanity - it is, really, a question that there are enough spiritual people that we can say, if our sciences and other fields of life are also systematically developed, indeed we pay for this ourselves. This is not removal of the high criteria we set for such collectively hired people - we need high standards, but we also need to make sure that spiritual people are represented as they deserve, and indeed live in a material world with strong community. Society itself needs to be enlightened, and obvious block of this is the case if we cannot be real - being real means, we are not just groups of people, but a community, culture and society. Of this, the case of having government organizations, hospitals etc. is the mark of advanced civilization - we can see that when we are in the stone age, we pay others to build the civilization. In reality, they should pay back a lot of money from their clinics and hospitals to support the case that we build ours - we do not need their healthy lifestyle, because we have our own. We can see that in some areas, like surgery, we have similar needs - but even there we can find out that some criterion is not met.
This is a case of people with only the root chakra: where you see money, you see people who are sure that it does not smell (this means your money is as good as theirs), and they are all atheists. They are very sure that they have to protect this money to remain solely in their material sphere - but the circle energizing this money, it's karma, might be completely different and thus the money is dead, it does not make a circle and flow back where it came from - this is one principle of karma, that energy makes circles, it is strong only if it grows and flows, partially, back to the entity, principle or underlying cause it came from. It must also unify through something like a tax system - if some part of the money is united into one big number, it will work much more efficiently. This is our money and our principles which grow it.
You can see that an atheist can work in your spiritual company by equal rights (really, you sometimes need to fire a person just because he is a materialist - you can also talk about very real traits, as you need someone, who is more sensitive and up to your quality criteria - go and work where you belong to), and those doctors can cure you and psychologists can make up official diagnosis, but you don't have one unified, material force to protect you. This because materialists have nothing better to do - they run around where the money (and power) is and they protect it from the others, using a very general terms about themselves - like "taxpayer", "cityzen" etc., which somehow do not relate with you; you paid your taxes, but you are not a taxpayer, you do a lots of social work for people like you - but you are not a cityzen. You can be fired and avoided by your beliefs, from the monopolistic center - but, if we also have centers, an infrastructure of civilization, not some parenting organization to take our money away and put it to their trustworthy organizations which are very skeptical about you - you can be fired in one organization, but you prove your value for people like you, and your belief does not manipulate them as they have the first-hand sources to verify and be critical (one telepathic person is not going to manipulate with another - by seeing the energy and listening to the truth, it's very easy to verify everything, which really matters; this doubt and questioning is rather a topic for an atheist - who really cannot understand, whether your principle of Karma is true or are you lying to them; so in matter of fact, we do not need to be protected from that, by removing all the spiritual people, talking truth or not, from our circles and organizations).
