I would like to recommend a therapist I have recently been working with 😊
She is called Emilia Lapinska and was recommended on by someone else, I immediately felt drawn to her and booked a session..
I have been going through this experience for 4 and half years now and I’ve had many therapist that have been helpful at the time, but with Emilia I straight away felt safe to just be myself and even let all the rage come up in front of her, which i haven’t been able to do with others ,
She is very open and present and full of compassion and I felt that peace!
She takes me to new depths of peace and love within myself 😊
Her website is fieldbody and she also uses QEC as a healing tool, along side with somatic movements.. she has been in her own process for a long time and I just absolutely love the way she works .. ❤️
Hello friends. I wanted to share a new counselor/mentor/healer I have come across. Her name is Emilia Lapinska I think one of my friends found someone mention her here somewhere? Either way, I'm going to share her link below. I have had a very dramatic awakening-- lots of symptoms and pain for many years. I have also dealt with a lot of mental activity--stuck in my thoughts, negativity, catastrophizing. Emilia has been a god send. I feel fully seen and safe in her presence. We have only had 4 or 5 sessions and there are already noticeable shifts. Along with somatic work she also uses a modality called QEC which is a process to help rewire the neuropathways of the brain that i have found to be really helpful with my persistant negatvivity and fear. I highly recommned her to anyone seeking support. https://www.fieldbody.com/about-me
Tara Springett. fully qualified and highly experienced therapist who has a big focus on Kundalini. Also see her podcasts, YT videos and books. her books were mega helpful for me.
Viviana Esse. Transpersonal integrative therapist. i have first hand experienc. she totally understands Kundalini and is being enormously helpful to me.
Welcome to the Collective and thank you for your reply. Bonnie is very helpful! If you have any questions about your journey please feel free to post in the other parts of the forum.
Bonnie Greenwell was a huge help in my awakening process. I found her through the International Spiritual Emergence Network. I read some of her books and reached out to her for a consultation while I was in spiritual emergency. My KA was spontaneous and a very traumatic experience. I had no idea what was happening to me. She helped normalize my experience.

If you are looking for a therapist/counselor to support with spiritual emergence/emergency, this is a good directory to consider:
I can recommend two.
Tara Springett. fully qualified and highly experienced therapist who has a big focus on Kundalini. Also see her podcasts, YT videos and books. her books were mega helpful for me.
Viviana Esse. Transpersonal integrative therapist. i have first hand experienc. she totally understands Kundalini and is being enormously helpful to me.
you’ll find them both in a jiffy via Google.
