This is by far one of the best films I have seen on the subject of Kundalini. Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds is a documentary film created by Daniel Schmidt, a meditation teacher. This video helped me widen my understanding of the symbolic nature of the Serpent, and the historical context of Kundalini. Please enjoy.
