Tara Springett has devoted more than 40 years to helping people heal and grow spiritually. Specialising in kundalini awakening and kundalini syndrome, she has guided thousands of individuals through physical, emotional and spiritual challenges towards greater happiness and inner freedom. A Buddhist teacher since 1997, she combines Buddhist wisdom with postgraduate training in psychotherapy, body awareness therapy (Hakomi), Daoist energy work, hatha yoga, naturopathy and qigong. She is the author of several books on kundalini and personal transformation, including the award-winning Stairway to Heaven.

In this new season The Kundalini Collective will be offering different perspectives around Kundalini and related ideas as we did before. The KC does not promote any particular group or lineage, but as always, we like to present the differing viewpoints on these subjects acknowledging the diversity within the unity.
