Matt will be hosting our next meet-up on Friday 29th May, 7.00pm London time.
These meet-ups are an opportunity to spend a couple of hours with others going through the awakening process in a warm, supportive and welcoming space. You are very welcome to talk, to ask questions, or to quietly listen… we hope to see you there.
People often find aspects of this process challenging and you are very welcome to come and learn how others have dealt with the harder elements of the awakening process, not just the extremely positive ones. However, we are not equipped to provide support for people who might currently be in crisis. If you feel that you could be in crisis and want support from an organisation that understands spiritual emergency, there is the Spiritual Crisis Network who offer advice via an email service and face to face and online support groups. Topic: Coping with a challenging Kundalini Awakening and spiritual emergency.
There’s a wealth of wisdom held in our community and this month two of our members, Veronika and Alan will share some of that wisdom by talking about their own Kundalini awakening experience. Both had to cope with what we would describe as a spiritual emergency. For Alan this has been a 10-year journey and for Veronika much more recent, so this talk will provide two very contrasting perspectives in terms of the length of time they’ve had to integrate their experience. They will share what has helped them, what didn’t and what they might do differently with the benefit of hindsight. This promises to be informative, useful and helpful session for others in the community, and as always, it will be an opportunity for everyone to ask questions, share and discuss.
