Topic: Shadow Work and the Kundalini Journey
In this talk, author, spiritual teacher, and healer Mary Mueller Shutan will explore shadow work and its vital role in spiritual awakening. As the Kundalini process unfolds, we are invited to address unresolved psychological material, emotional wounds, ancestral patterns, and unconscious beliefs that rise into awareness. While this can be challenging it also offers deeper self-understanding and integration.
Drawing on the themes of her book Shadow Work for the Soul, Mary will discuss how meeting the hidden and rejected aspects of ourselves can support healing, personal growth, and authentic spiritual development. Mary will offer practical insights for navigating the challenges of awakening with greater awareness, compassion, and wholeness; highly relevant for those walking the Kundalini path.
About Mary: Mary is a spiritual healer, teacher, and author. She is the author of several books on consciousness, including The Spiritual Awakening Guide, The Body Deva, Shadow Work for the Soul and Working with Kundalini
An Experiential Guide to the Process of Awakening. Her upcoming book Beyond the Adoption Rift, explores the experiences of adult adoptees (2027).
She has served her community since 2004, combining a grounded and pragmatic approach to spiritual and energetic work with extensive education in the holistic and bodywork sphere.
