I have been on antipsychotics for 7 years now and I want to quit. I spoke with my psychiatrist to taper but they declined so I took matters in to my own hand. I quit cold turkey (bad idea) but somehow suffered no withdrawals nor symptoms. I felt fine for 2 months up until my psychiatrist basically forced me to go back on it. I remember manifesting that I suffer no withdrawals and that I can live a life free of antipsychotics, i think that helped.

Hi Shaman
Wondering if your doctor is a Kundalini specialist? I tried talking with a traditional grief therapist once and it was a waste of my time and money. I found out later that this traditional therapist , knowing nothing about Kundalini, thought i was absolutely off my rocker. This was not true.
Maybe you should study your diagnosis and find a more comfortable way to cure it.
Maybe they are not right about exact diagnosis, but then it's somehow related to having friends, doing something for your material well-being, and generally coping with life problems. I think if you find out your weaknesses and work with them, you would get something to prove to the psychiatrist.
For example, in Buddhist terms, everything a psychiatrizt could diagnose is probably connected with root and sacral chakra, maybe also the solar plexus opening. As a Buddhist, you would work on those chakras and also find at least some truth in what the psychologist is telling you; maybe, for example, you want to be social with wrong people, who do not like you, and you should find better people with who the social problems would not appear. But you need to cope with all people a little bit, because letting go completely of those people, it's also a bit off from normal.
What they diagnose as mental problem, I think at minimum you can find some weakness in this. Completely awake and functioning person is not easily being diagnosed in anything, even if they talk about spiritual things, believe in whatever or are very interested in something very uncommon; so when you are diagnosed, you can find out you have a weakness. Even if you do not trust the psychology, you have to learn also from enemy - they cannot attack you if you do not have the weakness, and usually they are quite angry about the weakness; they can express it in ways, which do not vibrate with you very well, so to take it personal, you must find it also in your own terms, but you can be quite sure the weakness is there.
Good luck with this. Hope you can at least persuade the psychiatrist to try lessening the dose.
