I think it's life and not Kundalini. I think you should not be sure in anything - another enlightenment can be even more Kundalini :)
These are old life teachings and when they fit you, you can use them, but it's completely unneccessary to fill the world with the terms.
I have had at least two enlightenings, first one being normal and the second one Kundalini. But it's not fully and exactly this, I can resonate with stages, teachings and help for Kundalini Awakened or Awakening people, but I really cannot say that I'm this and only this. I am me and I live my life and it becomes more conscious and filled with energy, and I resonate with people having this energy. But when you "are sure" in this, I think it's insanity, because the full story of Kundalini awakening with all the things you can get, it's much more than me and you - it's a long story of unbelievable things, all of which wont happen to you and some of which happen even if you are just a little more conscious. All kinds of things happened and to say that energy came from the root chakra up to the chrown chakra, and then I became enlightened - this is giving a name to it, and this is really what did not happen, I don't have exactly this experience. But I have many experiences and things I can recognize, so I can generally understand people with Kundalini Awakening and my state of energy has undergone much of that.
Life is a dynamic system and it's really hard to give it complete names, for example to be sure that you are pure introvert or extrovert, or that you are purely a feeling-person or a thought-person. You are somewhere in the middle and those archetypes come to your way in your way, and sometimes you have to study an archetype to understand yourself.
If you can relate to many experiences of people having Kundalini Enlightenment, and similar stories happen with you, and you resonate well with those forces, then you can share your experience and give and receive with these people, and discuss the active topics and problems. If you have experienced and overcome similar problems in your mind, etc. But that does not change the fact that it's your life and you are unique, and you somehow go through the general process of life with it's changes and transmutations, and can learn from theories about things, which happen. But nobody is pure left-wing or right-wing, a christian or atheist ..always different things vibrate with you.
I am here, because the phases and realities of Kundalini Awakening are the closest similar things to what is happening in my life, and what I have learnt about the Kundalini Awakening really fits the best and helps me understand my situation; and situations of others are very similar. I think this is the best you can get - I doubt if here is anybody around, who has passed a textbook case, with exact stages, exact powers and skills arising etc.
For example, Tabatha talks about out of body experiences and spiritual entities and visions - I don't have much of that. I have some glimpses that this is possible, and some understanding about those principles, so I can generally believe in her, but me myself I rather have telepathy, meditational philosophy and wisdom, and I want to purify my karma, and sometimes I read about completely other kinds of enlightening and find useful things resonating with me.
I think this whole process of Kundalini can happen several times, maybe the root chakra opens even more, a level up, and does all the process again, for example. And also you should have a little bit of Kundalini Energy even if you are an atheist. I think it's all relative - but if you are having such similar powerful transformational process, I think the Kundalini people can understand you anyway; if you have similar challenges, problems and outlooks, and you find things you can recognize somehow. I think even if you have normal enlightenment, they can help you.
At best, maybe you are having a stong spiritual process and you are going at some direction towards enlightenment, and you have some life or psychological problems arising from it ..then you should be welcome, people can resonate with this, it's all interesting, and they can help you with your problems. But there are no definite answers in life, only the questions :)
My recommendation would be the Kundalini Guide by Bonnie Greenwell. Also you could discuss this with Julie who does a kundalini assessment. See: https://www.kundalinicollective.org/help
Hello, I recommend Christine and Stanislav Groff's Stormy Search for Being, for all of us who have experienced the awakening of Kundalini, it gives us a reference and ways to cope with the process as Westerners.
