I had in 2013 an experience with energy after intense periods of meditation, and have been on the rollercoaster every since.
I have surrendered now, and just allow, the energy is all around my eyes and forehead all of the time.
I have met numerous therapists and done lots of inner work and active physical techniques, but nothing alters the pathway of this energy, it's like a rubber band that always just springs back to its process.
My question is, if anyone can be kind enough to share a viewpoint, should I be more active with making changes, (job, lifestyle etc) is this energy shouting from the rooftops for me to take action?
I have accepted the head pressure which can be nice and also
awful, it's the confusion and mental chatter that I struggle with a lot.
Thanks all
Nick
Hello Nick,
I relate to what you are describing about all the different modalities, the energy does it's own thing and wants to follow it's own path I didn't quite understand what you were saying about the decision about the job being irrelevant ? Did you make a decision, did the flow change? This has inspired me to think about my k symptoms differently again. . I have burning nerves and fatigue and have done for a long time, and when the peak experiences came, I had such a feeling, of 'ah ha realisation' -and you thought you were in control. it was like,, what a joke!' ..I find since then I dont spend so much time wondering how to change or remove the k symptoms or even if and how to change my life experiences as there is this underlying knowing that it will be as it is, I am curious to know how you get on.
Best Wishes,
Hi Nick,
I hear you and can relate to your share.
What comes to me as I read your words is to gently ask you whether you have a sense that the kundalini is asking you to make some sort of lifestyle change? And, if so, whether it feels right for you to make it?
With kindness,
Ellie
Hi Nick. I have no idea if this will help, but last year when I had head pressure I used Reiki to move it outwards and expanded it upwards, away from my head. That relieved the pressure totally.
