In the last online meeting, we had some discussion about light as an integral aspect of a kundalini awakening. I choreographed this circle dance to the music by Nestor Torres, "Let There Be Light" from his album "Dances, Prayers, & Meditations For Peace." The dance is to be danced by participants, holding hands in a cicrle, in a manner similar to many international folk dances.
