This is my introduction to Somatic Meditation and Exercise.
I have this webpage - https://github.com/tambetvali/SpiBody, a collection of original materials but not yet extremely easy to read. I collected the essentials, the theorems, and made it into 3 parts where it's very clear, what I meant. I also refer to chakra system and traditional materials.
