Unfortunately I'm having to cancel November's Discussion Group on Mudras, Kriyas & Spontaneous movement. This will be rearranged for 2025.
We are taking a break in December so our next Discussion Group, exploring different aspects of kundalini and spiritual awakenings, is planned for Thursday 9th January. I will share details nearer the time.
Please let me know if you have an idea for a topic you would like to explore in one of the Thursday meetings.
