New Podcast - Katie Mottram- Mental Health, Shadow Work and Spiritual Awakening
Katie Mottram is a campaign founder and author with a specialist interest in mental health and spirituality. She was one of the Founding Directors of the International Spiritual Emergence Network (ISEN), a global network supporting people going through a challenging spiritual emergence process, and founded the international campaign Emerging Proud in 2017, to champion the voices of people labelled with mental illness but wanting to reframe their experiences as transformational crises. Katie is currently studying Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology with the Alef Trust, where she's researching the transformative meanings people diagnosed with psychosis found in their extreme state experiences, and plans to start her PhD to continue this vital research in Oct 2024.
