Topic: Understanding Kundalini as a human evolutionary process, flowing with the shifts and changes that come with awakening. How when we go, God comes and how Gods and Goddesses dance in the system to refine it. Clearing the vessel through heat, spontaneous movement, kriyas, spontaneous yoga poses, mudras and sacred dances. Working with tension and trauma releasing exercises (TRE®), body wisdom and spontaneous release.

It is her joy to assist people on their healing journey – realising their potential for release, healing and wholeness. She is of the belief that healing trauma can precipitate spiritual awakening, and it is from this precept she works. She works with the body releasing contraction and with the nervous system, establishing balance with the understanding that a dis-regulated nervous system can hold the beingness hostage.
