Dear All,
Ellie Paskell will be hosting a free online retreat between the 15th and 19h November, where there will be live and pre-recorded sessions from interviewees including Katie Mottram, Mick Collins and myself. The subject of the retreat is Ellie's speciality - somatic healing i.e. using one's body as a tool for guidance in a time of uncertainty. Ellie will be using her background in drama and coaching to guide and inspire and will also be performing her own performance piece daily.
