On this forum and website, there are many possibilities to solve mental and well-being problems for spiritual people.

I think most people, who are not insane, have the mental problems related to life. When their life is fulfilling, they do not have the problems of self-worth, motivation or feeling out-of-place.

I tried to ask several AI Chatbots, where I can find AI and programming companies in Barcelona, which prefer spiritual people and allow them to utilize their spiritual views and understandings at the workspace. It told me that Microsoft and Google support staff with diverse views and religious backgrounds, but above letting their workers practice religions at home, I don't see any specific progress or products, where the spiritual talents of people would have been used. Another AI gave me the list of companies creating AI Chatbots for meditations and mental health, but the first company did not even exist.

In my experience, when I talk about some truth I found in I Ching with my Boss, they are not so happy as when I talk about some programming library or technological topic they do not use. Definitely, principles of I Ching apply in business and they should be as interesting topic as discussing some article about the newest discoveries in art of leadership. Rather, the boss thinks that I spend my time on some spiritual nonsense, instead of cleaning my house and learning new programming tricks at home.

With little bit of precognition, intuition and sensitivity, shared with colleagues, interesting things would happen at the workplace. I don't mean trying to magically create the good business results, which has been dangerous thing in history, but I mean that spiritual people are more sensitive about the ethics, deeper principles of things they do, and they have some special way of liking and disliking business decisions or products based on developing their mind and consciousness. I feel it would be rather insane to sit there with your colleagues and try to find out the winning numbers of bingo lotto - I don't believe in this kind of magic very much -, or to utilize a solution from the horoscope - I mean a modest way, where, for example, a worker would have stress and confusion about what to do with their assigned task, and then they would use their time to meditate on this topic to relax and find the solution. Also, with spirituality the sensitivity grows and one can have more subtle body language, which others would utilize more directly. I'm a very scientific personality, who likes to check the facts and thus not too talkative about the miracles one could see; I don't like sensationalism and I don't think it would help at workspace. I don't like people who would tell unbelivable things with crazy voices. But I am sure one could use personal growth coming from enlightenment, groth of sensitivity and ability to know some truth, where others see a random process, for the purposes of successful company, and require those practical abilities from the workers.

So - with this description of what I seeking ..to find such a fulfilling place of work, and gaining some ethical money, one would have much more support for solving psychological troubles, such as feeling of being at wrong place, or feeling of unworthiness. A list of AI's having such solutions, or an AI Chatbot, or lists of companies in different places, where you are not only diversely spiritual, but also utilize purposefully the resulting raise of consciousness - this is the practical help a website would offer me. Of course, at workspace we need practical and skeptical approaches, and not to believe that a success would come from only a more positive mind.
