I am just curious what people thought about, or experienced through this session.
I was feeling very doubtful....thinking this is a bit woo woo!.....but then interestingly I realised that the healing practice she went on to do related very strongly to a vivid dream I had had the night before....so maybe it was not so woo woo after all.

Michael's talk focused on the premiss, that in order to understand Kundalini, it is first necessary to understand prana. Michael talked about the ancient concept of prana and has updated it with information from both modern science and Gopi Krishna’s direct perception of this amazing medium. One of his key points is that the quality of the prana determines the success of the Kundalini process, and he listed the critical factors that determine the quality of prana.
I have heard this message (that the quality of prana is the most important factor in determining a Kundalini process) from other very experienced and knowledgeable people. If you have any thoughts/comments, it would be great to hear them.
Following Michael's presentation and discussion, I thought it may be useful/interesting to share some more information about Michael and where you can source more of his work.
Michael Bradford has been involved in research into Kundalini and consciousness for more than 45 years. In 1977 he travelled to India where he spent six years serving as a volunteer for the Central Institute for Kundalini Research, founded and directed by the late Pandit Gopi Krishna, the noted authority on Kundalini.
Michael has been a board member of the Institute for Consciousness Research (I.C.R.) since it was founded in the 1990’s, and has been Director of Publications during this time. In 2015, he also became a board member of the Emerging Sciences Foundation (E.S.F.). He was also a founding member of the Kundalini Research Network (K.R.N.) and served as joint coordinator for the organization from 1993 to 1995.
In 2014, Michael retired from a career in the IT consulting field, and since then he has been working to make Gopi Krishna’s theories more widely known, and to encourage research into Kundalini and consciousness.

I was also curious about what others felt. Did you feel anything during the session Alan? I wasn't expecting an actual demonstration - so I didn't look up about the type of healing beforehand like I usually would have before participating. I suprised myself by being open and fairly relaxed about taking part in it. It was a nice experience to not overthink things for once.
I did feel waves of energy going up me as we said the affirmation type statements. But my kundalini often feels quite active in group meetings anyway so a little hard to tell. I certainly believe in energy healing and also the power of NDE's. I feel open minded about it - and greatful to have had a chance to see what it's about.
