Microcosmic Orbit Course
As many of you know my path guided me towards qi gong practices that have helped hugely in centring and grounding my energy. After years of research I've arrived at a teacher called Damo Mitchell who I feel simplifies the principles and practices like no other western teacher. A foundation of qi gong is the microcosmic orbit and very luckily Damo currently has a free course online describing the theory and practice.. he guides you through the process.
