Recommendations

I revisited this video and I'm so glad I did. It's a great, no-nonsense, pragmatic overview of Kundalini from someone who has their own experience, but has also helped hundreds of other people and therefore has a very broad perspective. It's given me a nice refresher on what Kundalini is and a little of what it is not.
