Kundalini Rising

I'm a 55 year-old male with a history of yoga practice stretching back about 15 years.

In late 2024 awareness came online about parts of the body that hadn't been a part of my existence until then, beginning like small fireworks going off in the pelvic floor region and progressing to what at the time felt like full-body orgasms. At first, these experiences were days, or weeks apart, until, about three months later automatic kryas, or yoga postures came on, after which all manner of energetic phenomena occurred.

Since that time, as part of the unfolding, automatic typing takes place, most days, after meditation. Some friends recently encouraged this to be shared with a wider audience, so I started a Substack as a way of publishing what comes. The decision to publish wasn't straightforward and involved all kinds of ego checks that are still ongoing. So far, other people have…

I enjoyed reading your entries and they resonate so much with me.

While I have not written anything quite so raw, I have been documenting my kriya experiences here: https://onebloomsinging.com/kriya-practice/

In the "Practice Logs" I map out the energy movements and their effects. When the energy hits throat chakra or above, it is often accompanied by very similar sounding insights, like we are tuned to a similar frequency. Many of mine are deeply personal and have to do with my specific history, but some feel more collective. I am collecting these and hope to incorporate them into future writings.

Thanks for sharing!

a little bit of my evolution

Hello friends of this beautiful community, I want to tell you that 2 years ago, I made a publication where I felt desolate and devastated, I found no way to continue with life, 7 years ago a person who claimed to know about kundalini syndrome, manipulated this force in my body, causing me a large number of alterations, leaving me incapacitated and dysfunctional for a long time, they were years of much darkness, tears and pain, last year I turned 33 and I prayed to God like I had never done before, I wrote a letter to the universe and to the divinity that dwells in each one of us, to help me solve all my health problems, those of us who have lived a kundalini awakening know that medical science can do little for us, we are practically at the mercy of energy, last year little by little I…

Notice that demons have a certain meaning: while this person on their own, did not give you an experience; for you - he himself with this experience, was an experience. From higher view: contemplate on this experience as well.

Guided Kundalini Integration made all the difference

As a creative introvert, I have struggled with social anxiety, depression, and substance abuse for most of my 60 years’ of life, and have tried numerous types of therapies and medications over the years, with minimal results other than general emotional numbing and disconnection.

Yet, I have always felt a deep sense of groundedness and connection when I could occasionally “lose myself” in my artwork, gardening, hiking, or listening to certain music – when all thoughts had faded away and I was lost in experience. So I knew, intuitively, that inner peace was possible if I could remain connected to whatever this was.

In September 2024, I read an article about how these manifestations of emotional dysregulation were the result of blockages in my energy flow which could be resolved by reprogramming the subconscious – through subconscious dialogue and connecting with the body. Apparently, this approach is also effective for PTSD…

My story

My story.

Hello everyone my name is Garavachitta which is a lay Buddhist Ordained name, and I also go by my old name Richard Weeden.

My story in brief. A long time meditator and spiritual seeker (25 years). Tried most things, years of reiki, Shamanic journeying, dance etc But all of this coloured by years of chronic pain and illness (fibromyalgia).

About two and a half years ago I had a medical catastrophe and nearly died of a brain infection. i was saved by the good sense of my girlfiend who got me medical help in time. I had a 30% chance of dying and and a much higher chance of permanent brain damage. As it is I was left with some amnesia and am otherwise fine.

I did not have a near death experience I definitely felt that death and madness had come for me (I was somewhat deluded…
