Can this process be shorter?

This has probably been discussed but any thoughts amongst those of you who had a spontaneous kundalini awakening as to whether it could've been shorter? I do recall one point where the energy seemed to have settled and I did my reiki 2(which I stopped practicing several years ago by the way), did a swap with someone, which did not feel like a clean interaction and all sorts of chaos and confusion came afterwards. For me reiki seemed to cause flare ups and I'm certain prolonged the process...as opposed to breathwork and more grounded practice. It's kind of a moot point as I'm 9 years in and in a pretty grounded state now, but was just reflecting again.
Thoughts?

hahaha! I LOVE THIS. I miss the sublime connection of consciousness to Source, it's still there but far more subtle, however, I do not miss the heaven and hell paradox and the process of purging and disorientation, even though, it indeed felt sacred.
